From next week, the Spanish government will lift its travel ban on UK citizens. Meanwhile, the London authorities are considering a £5,000 fine for British residents who travel abroad for leisure purposes and without a justified reason. This new measure will be voted on Thursday in the British Parliament and, if approved, would come into force next Monday.
